Support for Christian Groups in Stockport schools and provision of Religious Education resources for teachers. More information about the Trust and its work is given on its web site. The web site also includes a full set of resources for teaching Religious Education to primary school children in line with the Stockport Agreed Syllabus.

We have strong links with this organisation, which works effectively in many parts of the world. We particularly support our mission partners Colin and Anita Smith working in Nairobi, Kenya.

Support for UK children in difficult social conditions. We support The Children's Society through box collections and hold a Christingle Service in aid of the Society each December.

TearFund is a Christian charity working all over the world, not just emergency and disaster relief, although of course they are involved in this work, but in long term projects to benefit the poor and marginalised all over the world. We collect items of clothing, household goods and baby equipment for collection by the Wood Street Mission from 20 Lyndhurst Avenue on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

A local relief charity providing food and services to homeless people in Stockport every day. Over the last 2 years staff at The Wellspring have found housing for over 200 people who have all been sleeping rough in Stockport at some time.
